The Organiser cannot, therefore, be held responsible for any risks related to the use of the Internet or e-mail and, in particular, shall not be held responsible for any damage suffered by participants' electronic devices during their participation in this Competition.

The Organiser cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery errors of the prizes. In the event of permanent damage by the supplier, for example in the event of bankruptcy, the Organiser cannot be expected to take responsibility for the supply, nor to provide compensation to the winner.
